Coaching asks powerful questions to reveal new solutions.  Taking a practical approach to making cognitive behavioral change, it functions on the premise that beliefs and attitudes are the basis for our choices and our resulting behaviors, but we’re not stuck with them. Recent studies in neuroscience have proven that beliefs and attitudes are not hard-wired and reveal that neuroplasticity makes our brains malleable; we can alter our beliefs and make new choices.

In healing, we address change at an energetic level.  By altering the frequency patterns which generate beliefs and filter our perceptions, we can change outcomes.  If you think about it, a synaptic connection in the brain is triggered by an electrical impulse; it is energetic.   These connections can be either reinforced or weakened. When you consciously decide on a different approach you are actively changing the synaptic patterns to get different results. In healing we call this an ‘energetic shift’.
