The LIVE 7 Step Coaching Program
Step 1 – Look at all areas of life to define the issue or problems you want to solve
Step 2 – Identify Core Values, explore what fulfillment would be like in the areas you want to change
Step 3 – Determine what obstacles stand in the way of fulfilling your unique values profile
Step 4 – Uncover emotional triggers and hidden beliefs that reinforce being stuck
Step 5 – Resolve emotional triggers and choose affirming beliefs
Step 6 – Explore ideal outcomes, create a new vision and set intentions
Step 7 – Choose action steps, and have accountability for honoring commitments
Completion – Celebrate changes, feel better and on track to creating your new life
You’ll cover all seven steps in six months, in approximately three one-hour sessions per month.
